New Mesh brings ACP & UCP support to your stack

One modular intelligence layer for sales, support, and orchestration.

Seven modules that share a single memory of your customer. Turn on what you need, keep the rest dark, and stop stitching together tools that never quite talk to each other.

Deploy one module or all seven. No rip-and-replace — Novaleaf sits on top of the stack you already run.

Illustrative product interface. One agent, one customer record, three outcomes.

The problem

Seven point tools, seven versions of your customer.

The chatbot doesn't know what the voice agent promised. The recommendation engine can't see the support ticket. The loyalty platform runs on a spreadsheet export from last quarter. Every integration is a seam, and customers feel every one of them.

Novaleaf collapses that into one layer. Modules are independent enough to buy separately and connected enough that turning on a second one makes the first one better.

One customer record

Identity resolved across storefront, CRM, support, and ads — so every module is reasoning about the same person.

Modular by design

Start with support, add cross-sell next quarter, bring voice online when you're ready. No migration between stages.

Grounded, not guessing

Answers come from your catalog, policies, and order data — with escalation paths for anything the agent shouldn't decide alone.

Measured natively

Attach rate, deflection, incremental revenue, and handoff quality reported in one place — not reconstructed from four dashboards.

The modules

Seven modules. One layer.

Each one earns its place on its own. Together they compound.

Not sure where to start?

Most teams begin with Resolve or Uplift and add from there. Tell us the bottleneck and we'll tell you which module moves it.

How it works

Live in weeks, not quarters.

The heavy lifting is connecting your data and agreeing on what the agent is allowed to say. Once that's done, adding modules is configuration, not another implementation project.

Connect

Point Atlas at your storefront, CRM, helpdesk, ads, and ops tools. Identity resolution builds one profile per customer, with the journey attached.

Ground

Load your catalog, policies, and macros. We define what the agent answers on its own, what it verifies first, and what always goes to a human.

Deploy

Go live on one channel with a review queue, expand once quality holds. Every response stays traceable to its source.

Compound

Turn on the next module. It inherits the same data, the same guardrails, and the same measurement — no second integration.

Control

Autonomy you can dial in.

An agent talking to your customers is only useful if you can bound what it does. Every module ships with the same controls.

Scoped permissions

Define exactly which actions an agent may take — issue a refund up to a threshold, reschedule a delivery, never touch a payment method.

Traceable answers

Every response links back to the policy, catalog entry, or order record it came from. Disputes get settled by looking, not guessing.

Human in the loop

Review queues, confidence thresholds, and instant escalation. The agent hands over with the full transcript and its reasoning attached.

Data residency options

Choose where your data lives and how long conversation history is retained, to match your regulatory posture.

PII handling

Redaction on ingest, role-based access to transcripts, and configurable rules for what an agent may repeat back.

Evaluation before rollout

Test against your real historical conversations and see the quality numbers before a single customer talks to the agent.

Who it's for

Built for teams where every conversation carries revenue.

D2C & e-commerce

High message volume, thin margins, and a catalog that changes weekly.

Retail & omnichannel

Store, web, and phone that need to behave like one business.

Services & appointments

Booking-driven operations where a missed call is a missed customer.

Marketplaces

Two-sided support load and discovery that has to work for agents too.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do we have to buy all seven modules?

No. Each module stands alone and is priced separately. Most teams start with one — usually Resolve or Uplift — and add others once the first is delivering. The layer is designed so adding a module later is configuration, not a re-implementation.

Does this replace our helpdesk, CRM, or storefront?

No. Novaleaf sits on top of them. We read from and write back to the systems you already run — your helpdesk stays the system of record for tickets, your storefront stays the system of record for orders. The layer is the intelligence, not the database of last resort.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how clean your data and policies are, which is the honest answer. A single module on one channel with prebuilt connectors is typically a matter of weeks. Multi-module rollouts with custom integrations and a compliance review take longer. We'll give you a specific timeline after scoping — not before.

What happens when the agent doesn't know something?

It escalates rather than improvises. Answers are grounded in your catalog, policies, and order data; when confidence falls below your threshold or the request touches a restricted action, the conversation moves to a human with the full transcript and the agent's reasoning attached.

Where does our data live?

Data residency is configurable, and retention windows for conversation history are set by you. If you have specific regulatory requirements, bring them to the scoping call and we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet them.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on which modules you run, conversation and call volume, and the depth of integration work. We publish a quote after a scoping call rather than a list price that would be wrong for most teams. Ask us for a number and we'll give you one.

See it running on your own data.

A 30-minute working session. Bring a real workflow — a support queue, a checkout flow, a call script — and we'll show you what the layer does with it.
